Our standard survey includes trees, contours, neighbouring houses, roof and window levels.
All of our surveys are on Australian Height Datum (AHD).
The survey team is equipped with advanced precision Trimble robotic laser equipment.
We use special equipment including a 2.5 metre high tripod so our laser theodolite can measure neighbour's features by viewing over the top of fences.
Options include accurate CAD floor plans, side elevation plans and streetscape elevations.
We supply Autocad DWG and PDF files of survey, the certificate of title and deposited plan, and site photographs.
